4. Passwords

Recovering passwords

To recover a forgotten password, click the clinic login link (top right of each page). Below the login form, click the Forgot password? link. The reset password form contains one field for your email address. Enter your User Email address and click the send password button.

A temporary password will be mailed to your User Email address. Log in with your temporary password and change it to something you will remember. See Changing passwords.

Changing passwords

To change your password, log in to your Top 10 Hair Transplant Account and click the Change Login Password link in the left nav of My Account Admin. Enter your User Email address, new password, and retyped new password. Click the Change Password button.

Your new password will be mailed to you and will be ready to use the next time you log in.
